Yes, Verifitrust is a remote-first company. While we have physical offices in Chennai, India, the majority of our team works remotely across the globe. We believe in hiring the best talent regardless of location, as long as there is overlap with your team's working hours.
Our interview process typically takes 2-3 weeks. It starts with a 30-minute phone screen with HR to discuss your background and the role. This is followed by a technical or role-specific assessment, a deep-dive interview with the hiring manager, and a final culture-fit interview with the leadership team.
